It is sad to say and a shame to admit, but it is what it is, racism is still in existence and in my opinion more deadly than ever! Deadly because it lurks behind those who smile in one’s face and plot behind one’s back. Its sporadic burst of cruelty manifest silently behind the scenes. Reeling victims in by offering a sense of opportunity while all along rendering oppression. Racism, not only in the reference to just race, but also gender, sexual preference, height, financial status, attire, and even religion, its all related in this mournful topic.

God made us in his image and so divinely he did! When I look at the most fascinating creature created by God, I awe in disbelief. So amazing to see all the different shapes and sizes of all people. Such wonder in the different ways of communicating, cooking, and all around living. To witness the different nationalities, different shades of color, cultures, and backgrounds is a blessing to me. With all of the magnificent, unique designs that God made within his human race collection, he still gave each and everyone of us some of the same attributes. We all, no matter the differences, do bleed, cry, fear, laugh, hurt, care, love, pain, hate, fail, succeed, live, and die. We all start our existence from the womb, to birth, and finally to matured growth. In fact, all of God’s creatures start life in that sequence.
Free will and choices was also given to all created, no matter what race! CHOICES are the only relevance to any decision to demonstrate cruelty and practice discrimination. How could the minds of some of the greatest thinkers not see and understand the sickness behind such actions? This is a serial psychotic way of thinking! Ones choices to nurture this illness is the core issue upon reflection.
I challenge and urge everyone who indulges in this post, to analyze one’s own behaviors and make an earnest effort to study how one treats someone different from oneself. Please take note on the place, situation, race of the person one encountered, and how one felt about that individual at first glance on down to the final separation It is imperative that one is honest about the emotions, frame of mind, and actions that where displayed. Share one’s story on this site if you would like honest feedback! I want to know your naked truth on RACISM. What has been some of your most humiliating encounters and how you overcame it, or have you ever overcame that involuntary issue? Until the next post, like the old SWV song, “USE YOUR HEART AND NOT YOUR EYES!”
Take a moment to vote in our poll above. Your input and participation is greatly appreciated.
Miracles and Blessings,
PEACE

I agree with Peace. Racism is so frustrating and uncalled for. Judge by the content of character as the great Martin Luther King quoted. Get over this color barrier and lets all live in peace and harmony!
